About the program
This free program is funded by the TAC, administered by the Department of Transport and Planning, and delivered through local councils and non-profit community agencies across Victoria.
The TAC L2P Program supports learner drivers aged 16 to 21 years (and, in some circumstances, up to 23 years) who do not have access to a supervising driver or an appropriate vehicle. Eligible learners are matched with a fully licensed volunteer mentor and an L2P car, enabling them to gain the supervised driving experience needed to work towards their probationary licence.
